When our computer contracted the “Internet Security 2010” virus I didn’t think much of it until my husband tried several times to clear it with our anit-viral software without success.
After reading about the difficulty that thousands of others were experiencing with this same virus we decided to accept our loss and purchase a new computer. We dropped our computer off with Nick to give ourselves peace of mind that we had tried everything we could to bring it back, but accepting that it was not going to be resolvable.
Fortunately and much to our surprise we were wrong and I am now writing this testimonial from a computer that shows absolutely no signs of ever having been out of commission.
I almost wish there were something else wrong with the computer just so I would have an excuse to have Nick work on it because not only was he able to clear the virus for us but he also educated us on several different precautionary measures we could take in the future as well as made recommendations for which software is necessary and which isn’t.To someone that is easily intimidated by computers and the technical terminology associated with them, Nick was able to explain what had happened, how he fixed it and how to prevent it from happening again in a manner that was simplistic but in no way condescending.
He worked in a timely fashion and followed up several times with us to be sure we were completely satisfied with the work he had done once the computer was returned to us.
We highly recommend Nick’s services not only for computer repair but also for his teaching talents. There is no computer challenge too minute or too difficult for him and he treats each one as equally important.

Nick was very knowledgeable. My laptop had a debilitating virus that was bogging the processor way down, which they often do. He eliminated that and a few others before the same thing that happened to my desktop. On my desktop he found a whole slew of viruses that Norton’s missed, almost 100, got rid of those and recovered my vital information, kid pics and what not. What ever the virus or virus combo was I couldn’t start my computer at all, not even in safe mode. Since the Norton’s was obviously ineffective I asked him his opinion on anti-virus software which he offered me many effective free options that I asked my peers about (I work in Nuclear power hence a plethera of geeks). These programs, by popular opinion, beat paid services. He also suggested a free substitute for Microsoft Office which is way better than giving the second richest guy in the world more money. I was very satisfied with the service and he had a very quick turn around. It took him a total of 3 days to fix both computers and he saved all my important files. Now I have a clean computer with better protection and it runs alot faster than it used to.
