Services and Pricing
In-Home Service: Minimum charge $50 for first hour and $30 for each additional hour. Travel time to the destination is part of the time calculation. The estimated travel time will be discussed once the home address has been given. In-Home Service requires a deposit of $100 at the time of appointment and will be applied to the bill at the end of service.
Services include, but not limited to,
• PC Tune Up and Repair
• PC Hardware Installs
• PC Software Installs
• Home Entertainment Setup (TV, Video Game Systems, Etc.)
Drop-Off Service: Minimum charge $50 for first hour and $30 for each additional hour. Drop-off service requires a deposit of $50 and will be applied to your bill at the end of service.
Services include, but not limited to,
• PC Tune Up and Repair
• PC Hardware Installs
• PC Software Installs
• Virus Removal
• Data Backup and/or Recovery
Website Service: Minimum charge of $50 for the first hour and $30 for each additional hour. A deposit of $150 is required to begin service and will be applied to the total bill. Once the website has been completed the customer may request a “Monthly Package”. Any software, or licensing fees, that are required for successful progress of the website will be paid by the customer.
Website “Monthly Package”: A monthly charge of $50 will be paid by the customer on the completion date of the customers website, and every month on that day for each month forward. The payments made will be for the upcoming month. The customer has a 48 hour grace period for payment. If a payment is not made within the 48 hour window a late fee, of $10 will be applied. If no payment is received by the 7th day after the due date, the customer will be automatically placed on a standard pay plan of $50 for the first hour and $30 for each additional hour.
This service includes the following,
• 2 Hours of service each month.
• Each additional hour will be billed at $15 per hour.
